Just off Lake Creek Pkwy & Hwy 183, across from Westwood HS. 1)From South Austin: Take Interstate-35 North to 183 North (Research Blvd) you will pass Main Event, Red Robin & a movie theater on the right. Exit Lake Creek Blvd, you will see Jason's Deli on the right. Turn left (west) on Lake Creek. You will then see Starbucks on the left & HEB on the right. Turn right (north) at the first stop sign-this is Mellow Meadows. We are the first community on the left. 2) From Round Rock Area: Travelling South on Interstate-35 take a right on Round Rock Avenue (620). Continue on 620 to Lake Creek Pkwy. Exit Lake Creek Pkwy & turn left (south), you will see Wal-Mart on the right. Passing Starbucks on the left & HEB on the right. When you come to the 4-way stop at Mellow Meadows you will see Grisham High School on the left. Turn right onto Mellow Meadows and The Meadows at Anderson Mill will be located immediately on your right. Follow signs to the leasing office where we will be waiting!
